Xbox One S has a UHD Blu-ray drive for normal blu ray and 4K blu ray.
PS4 only has normal Blu-ray.
Game pass would allow you to play over 100 games for a monthly fee but none of the games you listed are part of it (of course gran turismo is PlayStation). However forza horizon is free on it.
Might be worth checking the price difference on Xbox one S and OG PS4

Tbh, I’d quite like a gran turismo game, GTA of some sort, red dead redemption, and then stuff I can play with my wife (think easy and fun).
I know fuck all tbh. If it had a blue ray player that’d also be a dealbreaker. Do a lot of the modern budget versions of consoles not have a disc drive?
