Isp cut to 758 mm centre bb to top of saddle The topper is slammed so can be raised by 1-1.5 cm

In Brighton for viewings or test rides and can post at cost

20 gears is plenty

I've run the saddle height measurements though a bike fit calculator and the post as is will cover a 32.5 inch inside leg and a rider height of up 5'11 so if you ride a 54/55 cm frame there should be plenty of post on there for you to work with for anyone 5'8-5'11 so if you run out of post on this then the rest of the frame is probably too small for you anyway
