Pair of Philips 1950s hubs 32h /40h. These are in very good condition and have been laced before but looking at them you wouldn't know it.
Using 1955 Philips catalogue -
The front appears to be a Credex hub No 546.
The rear hub appears to be a Grand Vitesse hub suited to either a 3 or 4 speed derailleur and in the catalogue No 554 or 552.
The front hub has nuts which have rust /wear, None for the rear.
