  • Is he not doing the Giro?

  • Don't know!

Not bitching, just curious btw. I find his insight on stuff like Life in the Peloton really good. He explains what it's like to be a pro very well.

  • Thats just EF. JV hires based on insta followers.

  • Match fixing.
You watch 5 hours of cycling, and in the end Ineos fixes the results. They don't fight it out to see who is the strongest in the sprint. Disgrace! Kwiato is a great rider, but now he turned one of his biggest wins in his career into a farce. So tonight, they are chatting and van Baarle asks Carapaz, "How can you lose to Kwiato in the spring? Are you really sure you weren't stronger today? How does it feel to come second to him?" and what is he going to say?
Aren't these pro atheleteS? Don't they want to know who is the best on that day? Don't they want to give all the fans, who have been waiting there, and are risking getting infected with Covid19, a show? They risk their lives to try to win the stage. Hirschi could have had a crack in his carbon steerer. It could have snapped while he was going 80 km/h. They are literally risking their lives to race. And then when they are 400m away from the finish line, these Ineos boys are too lazy to give it a go?
Ineos? Isn't that the corrupt company of Brexit lunatic Jim Ratcliffe?

  • Lol who is that?

  • Some idiot on Reddit.

    @andyp
NOS confirmed it's a broken wrist.

  • sounds like the kinda pish durianrider would come out with

  • I'm only watching the highlights until 400m to go when I got home later then.

  • He’s not eloquent enough to write that.

  • AvV out of the giro rosa and worlds : /

  • Good day for Poland, with AvV out, Kasia moves into the lead.

  • Ethan Hayter takes his first pro win in the Giro dell'Appennino in Italy.

  • Wiggins is about 2 years away from being that bloke in the pub

  • Is he not there already?

  • Wow , well done Ethan .... he was getting closer and closer .... brilliant

  • Rumours on twitter that Pidcock is going to Ineos

  • The Telegraph is reporting it as fact.

It all seems a bit predictable and boring to me.

Hard to say what sort of rider he’ll turn into. I’d always assumed he’d be a classics rider but winning the baby giro says maybe he’ll be a stage racer.

  • I’d think he would be better suited to stage racing long term.

His results in CX, time trials, u23 Paris Roubaix is crazy impressive considering he weighs about 56kg

  • Think he’s bulked out to a whopping 58kg now.

  • Just looking at the profiles for the worlds.

Can’t work who it’s going to suit. Looks a bit on the grippy side for a Sagan/Trentin type rider.

Is van Aert riding? He’s the proto pick for everything now. Kwiatkowski and Van Avermaet looked like they were trying to get a final bit of intensity in during the last week.

I suspect a few will come out of the TdF absolutely flying.

  • Roglic is red hot favourite for the worlds

  • odds on Sagan are literally 100/1.

  • Suits the Fulsgang, Alaphilippe, Woods, maybe Haig, etc style of rider i think

Probably too hard for sprinter who can climb a bit, ie sagan et al

Wout has the shortest odds this morning

  • suits valverde

  • Met Paddy Bevin recently so I've got a slight TTer crush on him for Worlds or Giro.
