Bit harsh Andy. He's been more animated than most (bar Pogacar), albeit once his team's done its job.

It's not meant as a criticism as he, and his team, have done a brilliant job of controlling the race. For once another team actually made an effort that was successful in reducing the number of team mates he had left to just one.

Can Porte claw back 1m 40 on Lopez? He can pull out some excellent TTs.

Going by the Vuelta 2019 TT, Roglic had 1m 29 on Pogacar, and 2m on Lopez, on a fairly flat TT.

Going by Giro 2019 mountain finish stage 9 TT, Roglic had 3m 46 on Lopez with a similar total distance.

definitely a chance, TT'ed well last year. If everything went right and he doesnt lose more time tomoz, he could possibly get into 2nd.

Final weekend TTs are more about how much energy you have left, rather than TT ability. Obviously the latter helps, but time gaps can be very close and it's not unusual for good TT riders to lose time to climbers.
