wide shot of the finale makes it look super grim

I’ve gone off Alaphilippe a bit and I’m not sure why. Has he become a bit petulant? He seems to vent his frustration when things aren’t going entirely his way. I don’t remember him doing that last year.

does anyone know what % of pro riders now use discs over calipers?
-
• #1330
Yes same. Doesn't seem to deal well with being marked the way someone with his success will be marked - annoyed when people won't work with him.
Also seems to make daft choices quite often. -

I want to know win ratios more importantly ;-)

I’m a bit annoyed that he was totally useless last week and now off the front, luckily I lost interest in the fantasy cycling so he’s still there but still.

carapaz / izaguirre bravely persisting but alan philip has fully popped

Kirby going on about Uran and not finding a gel.. He had just put one in his pocket.
-
• #1336
Bennet had no numbers on his jersey when the camera was on him just turn. Seems odd.

• #1338
why is Bahrain doing all this work?
-
• #1339
Because they've done fuck all so far?
-
• #1340
Kelly has a time of it trying to remember their names as it is! The lack of numbers really didn't help. "The man em from em the yellow team em Jumbo Visma"

taking up sunweb's "most confusing lead out for everyone else in the peloton" mantle

My theory is that Landa won’t fancy the TT so going all in today.
They’ve burnt off Gesink, Bennett and WVA. If another JV rider goes out the back, they’ll feel pretty pumped.

• #1343
They haven't been on the front much before today but have had numbers later in the day in the hills than everyone other than jumbo-visma.
And van aert is done! About to see the cost of having total control for 2 weeks? -
• #1344
last 2k is going to come down to pure weight:power maths/physics. expect to see uran go backwards there. lopez/porte/landa will be a ding-dong though
-
• #1345
And van aert is done!
that phrase itself is ridiculous this far up the last climb anyway, he should be with Ewan
-
• #1346
Caruso not able to keep the pace on and BM haven't shed Windmills and Kuss.
-
• #1347
Yes, he's magnificent
-
• #1348
Some ride from Carapaz to push the lead back out.

If I ever have another Son, and I sincerely hope I don't, he will be named Sepp.

The yellow jersey group taking a break at the top of a climb?
Bernal is so good that he wins the KoM jersey in the sprint.
