Depending on how much shape is lest of the hex you could;
a) superglue the allen key into the bolt head and it might hold enough to unscrew, I'm doubtful as there's a bit of corrosion there and the capscrews will likely be pretty stuck.
b) try and force the nearest equivalent size of imperial allen key into the hex
Other than that you're on to more destructive methods like Tijmen suggested. You can also drill into the capscrew and try to remove using an "Easy Out" but I'd leave that until you've exhausted all other options cause once you start drilling that's it.
