Always interesting to see the TT form of all the riders. Flat course but lots of turns, so should suit those with lots of TT practice?

Any idea what he averaged for the 10km? Something equally ludicrous?

Simon Yates looks pretty good on the bike! Great TT. His legs looking bigger than the rest of his body...

Wasn't it more everyone going to the nightclub for an afterparty than the tournament per se?

Lizzy Banks winning the Giro Rosa stage made my day. Despite the disrupted season, she’s been one of the standout riders of 2020.

In today's GR stage there is a 90 degree turn 300m before the finish line. Added danger points - the road narrow into the corner

Remember; race organisers definitely don't want crashes. This is no doubt to slow them down safely before the sprint.

How steep is that road going up on the right hand side of the picture!!

what's the story behind her relatively late flowering? her results seem to have picked up since 2014, and her performance has gone stratospheric since 2017. from a quick glance, seems to coincide a little with vos' results tailing off...

She was a loyal domestique to Vos in her early career, whilst still being an extremely capable rider herself, I.e. she won Flanders as a foil to Vos.
Then in 2016 she was the strongest rider at the Olympics and moved to a team where she was guaranteed leadership. Since then she’s become dominant.

I believe she upped her game when she got a new trainer, Louis Delahaije. Since 2013 they started working together and from 2016 and on she was among the strongest riders worldwide. So perhaps not as overnight as it seems. Delaheije used to be a trainer at Rabobank, Belkin and Lotto-Jumbo until 2015.

Is he exempt from quarantine as an athlete?

Has it been confirmed that Van Vleuten broke her arm in the crash today?

I don't know to be fair. He has since apologised so he must think he did something wrong. Which seems to be a bit of a pattern.

What's going on with Mitch Docker? He's done three one day races since February and seems to have an awful lot of time for media.
Is he about to retire or is this EF being different again?
Djokovic is a dick who set up a tournament in the middle of a pandemic then wondered why people got Covid.
