Printing on a bike, you say?https://www.departmentofsmallworks.co.uk/slowcoast-1
Edit MCamb has it I reckon - old child trailers with tatty fabric can be had cheap and converted to cargo duties fairly easily. A Porteur rack might work, but if the printer's anything like my old laser one it will weigh a ton.

Hmm now I need a minivelo with cargo platforms!
The printer is one of these: https://store.hp.com/UKStore/Merch/Product.aspx?id=D9L63A&opt=A81&sel=DEF so not especially heavy (8kg) but quite bulky.
Has anyone tried to carry a printer by bike? Once a month I do a project within the village I live where I need to take a printer. So far I've been taking the car, but I'd rather not.
I'm thinking a porteur rack is probably the best. My rear rack plus side basil basket didn't give a stable enough platform.
