my dentist says use it at a different time. like, after lunch at work. because teethbrushing is already delivering flouride so not the most useful time to use it.
they say floss before brushing, which makes sense.
does anyone really floss their teeth every day though? really?

Yup. Makes a big difference if you’ve got slight gaps between your teeth from not using a retainer after several years of braces.

Also yep, it cuts down on the time spent trying not to scream whilst hunched in terror on the dentists chair.

I floss every day, but after brushing - I'm basing this order on what happens when I go for a cleaning.

Is it better to use mouth wash before or after cleaning your teeth?
