Have repaired scratches in cars and motorbikes and it took ages with fine brushes then sanding then polishing.
Quite fancy getting the dent removal tools as it looks satisfying to remove the dents.
EDIT: Seems odd that the dealer didn't have a dent and paint guy come and repair the car. Most decent second hand car dealers have a chap who comes and does all the the new stock.
