  • Two questions,

    1. Is it better to use mouth wash before or after cleaning your teeth?

    2. Is this ad posted correctly? I put it up yesterday and when I go through classifieds it has had 0 views. I know its not a baby blue fixeh but would have thought it would have had some more views

Before. Use it after and you'll rinse the fluoride off. Which would be counter-productive.

    Most mouthwashes contain fluoride.

  • I was told not to rinse after brushing teeth so the active ingredients in toothpaste can keep doing their job for longer.

My understanding is Mouthwash is more for refreshing at other points in the day without the invasive brushing. Unless it is a more clinical mouthwash for a specific infection etc.
