The way Chinese takeaways package crispy noddles.
Only one place I've been to has done it sensibly - one container for the veg and sauce and a separate container with the noodles.
Why doesn't everywhere do this?
In my benevolent dictator fantasy, failing to pack in this way would be a capital offence.
