Well, that's not how he says it. Schweizerdeutsch rather than proper Deutsch might be a factor. There's a hint of a burr on the final syllable but it's definitely more -ck than -ch with a rasp.
Ah, OK. I don't know Schwyzrdütsch very well, but is it perhaps more of a -kch, i.e. a 'k' followed by the fricative?
