I just bought some Juin Tech R1 (Hydro-Mech disc brakes) and they're much better than my Spyre-Cs as both pads move, not just one side as they did on the Spyre.
Also, it's a very easy swap and both pads and tension adjustment are super simple. It took me less than 20 minutes to swap and set both brakes.
So far, no issues, I'm genuinely chuffed with them. They're not too expensive on Amazon.
100% I've jumped between Spyres, BB7s and tried out some Paul Clampers, BB7 comes out on top for me.
@amey that's simply not true. BB7s offer 1 finger braking and require no maintenance. Hydro is just a faff.
