Weird one.. the house next door to the one we've had our offer accepted on, has been listed yesterday, at the price we had our offer accepted at (50k under asking of other one) and its end of terrace instead of mid terrace... and basically the same spec inside..
It looks like its been recently renovated by the same company thats done the one we're buying (could have been done at the same time even) its so similar inside, now we're wondering if they're actually both owned by our seller..
however both look 'lived in' and its not the same furniture staged in both so maybe im being paranoid.
