It first manifested when I lived in Poole and there used to be Sunseekers dry-docked in their showroom by the road, well creeped me out, seeing massive propellers just next to where I was cycling

haha, yup, as a kid on a rainy day trip to a Navy day at Portsmouth. I saw a submarine in dry dock and got the horrors. Wrongness.

In the last year, I’ve had to do odds and ends at Falmouth dockyard. That’s been interesting to gauge the skin crawl effect : )
