This reminded me of a new one that has come on fairly recently: revolving doors. Something about the weight of them and their momentum once they get going sets me off thinking about decapitation. I don't care if I am holding people up or even if I miss my window and have to go round a second time, I have to make sure the timing is perfect before I enter/exit.

Under water ones more than aeroplanes.
They just creep me out, not sure why.
Certainly falls under the "irrational" category, they don't need to be moving, of even fitted, just seeing one fills me with dread.
