What happened to the genesis 853?

It only got rebuilt on Tuesday, ridden on Wednesday.
I think I need to change bars on it as the one bolt stem on carbon bars doesn’t fill me with confidence. I also need to run the dynamo wiring through the frame and figure out how to fish it out of the small holes in the BB shell
