At some point in its 150 year history the front of the house has subsided. There is a sag in the centre of the floor over the bay window, measuring 105mm
Structural engineer says don't worry, all fine etc.. I'm less convinced.
I'm sat here looking at my bay window doing pretty much the same thing, unfortunately
