That brickwork though - Did they try and sneak an extra course in between the upstairs windows?

At some point in its 150 year history the front of the house has subsided. There is a sag in the centre of the floor over the bay window, measuring 105mm

Structural engineer says don't worry, all fine etc.. I'm less convinced.
