Does the Nested valuation report not show you the competition/recently sold? Our was pretty good at showing was was listed nearby and the pros and cons of each place compared to ours.

I don't really know, it got sent to my gf not me. But the fact is we can't sell for less than she paid cos we ain't giving the bank £15k to pay back the mortgage

Does the Nested valuation report not show you the competition/recently sold?
Apologies if this has already been said/obvious, but Rightmove does something similar. I presume it shows you what the property was listed at, before a valuation or homebuyers survey (properties sold nearby/view more).
Our Mortgage application was sent off yesterday along with their 'shopping list' of additional items. God I hope I don't have to send them anymore documents. Now we wait for the results of the homebuyers survey and the sellers solicitor.

Hmm you may be right. The agent said it's a buoyant market so there's lots of competition, which I don't totally believe, I feel like he just wants an easy sale.
