I have an extra Viner prestige CX fork which has a crown hole. It is the one I used on my gravel bike rando thing.
I made through axle mudguard mounts for it. Maybe that's usable for you?
It's 15mm axle tho

Is it painted that cool grey/gold colour?
How did you manage the mudguard mount?
Also how much would it cost?

I've made a kind of loop like you get on lowrider racks just to have a dyno light mounted.
