No, these are actually the first ones, similar to the 'Locomotief' ones, the brand that Gazelle bought in the late 60s to start their own road bike division. After Harm Ottenbros became world champion on a Gazelle in 1969, thay named their top model Champion Mondial with these decals. For the German market, this name was already a protected brand, so they left out 'mondial' on frames in Germany. The top tube decal changed to those on ifonlyiwerebelgian's blue A frame somewhere around 1980.
