pfadfinder seatpost is 31.8 (D3 is 27.2)
I don't think it is. 31.6 is the common seatpost size. Looks 27.2 to me. Probably 31.8 clamp

bottom bracket? D3 is praxis M30 BSA - find bottom brackets confusing enough as it is
I think the Standert uses T47, a new standard of oversize threaded BB shell. You will be able to use your cranks but you'll need to buy a suitable BB

Pfadfinder is flat mount so you’ll need adapters too but cheaper than buying whole new set of calipers

this might be a dumb question but (hasn't stopped me before)... would I have any issues if I bought the pfadfinder frameset and transferred across all the kit from my current arkose D3? post-mount brakes, thru-axles are same sizes, everything seems like it would work... only issues potentially (which don't seem major really):
