    FWIW- for me I have a (c.) half hour rule.
    If I say I'm going to do some form of exercise, I then set a timer for 25 minutes, and within that time I have to have started the exercise.
    Mentally if I reach the half hour, nothing happens and I find an excuse to push it back and back.
    That and writing everything that goes in, and summing up the training in some way- to give even more accountability just about manages my laziness predilection.
