A front guard to protect a dynamo light? Does such a thing exist?
I have a headlight mounted centrally, just above my front tyre. Currently I’m running the lightweight noguards system. This light is going to get wasted.
I don’t really want proper guards on this bike (because the wheels come out so often for storage and transport, it rarely goes on group rides in the rain, it has track ends, etc). Is there a very short front mudguard that still has ok coverage around the top/front of the wheel?
The bike has 25mm tyres, has plenty of room for a guard and has eyelets.
The light will probably be fine. I've run dyno lights without mudguards for months on two different bikes without any problem (and these bikes have definitely seen their fair shares of rain). Lights were one B+M Luxos IQ2 and one B+M Cyo T thing.

Is butchering a Bluemel my best bet?
