This view will become more and more difficult to stand by when the world is fully electric/hydrogen and the only cars spitting out fumes are 'classics' owned by the rich?
I'm not sure... A car built 50 years ago, still driving and easy to fix makes sense compared to something that weighs 2 tones and has a lifecycle of 10 years.
I guess the DS is one that I don't mind being turned into to a milk float. (Jetsons worx)
Classic cars being converted however is something that doesn't appeal.
Call me a ludite, but the heart is the engine.
Bit like classic watches, they shouldnt be altered.
