Cheers! Would like a silver clamp but not sure what’s out there tbh, never had to buy one before. Would be keen to know what was the original that they were sold with.

They came with quite a generic/bland looking black alloy seat clamp. I've got the original with my polished Ctrack. Tbh it's not worth finding I'd say unless you want a catalogue precise model. Can find you a pic if you'd like. Bikes all looking awesome, good going! T

Salsa Lip Lock, innit.
A lot of your bikes have brakes now. You’ve changed man.

My knees are happy though ;-)

New wheels have been built and I splashed out on some fancy tyres. No sure if i prefer the tan walls just black tbh.
Still on my list of bits to get, silver seat clamp, suntour chainring. Don’t think I’m going to bother with the pedals or cog as I likely won’t ride it much if those are fitted.
I also really want one of the Aarn American camo chainrings for this but don’t think I can get one for a reasonable price.

That's looking lovely as are all the others.
If you go for the Camo chainring then perhaps all black tyres would work better (then sell me the tan walls).

Been building something a bit different over the last couple of months. Have followed suite as many others and have built up a gravel/bike packing adventure bike 🙃
Picked up the frame on eBay a while back, it’s a Fairlight Faran 1.0. I’ve already gathered the majority of the parts for it, I’m a sucker for nice bits and really ended up going down a rabbit hole on the search for good looking parts. I’ve never built up a bike with (mostly) new parts before so kinda let me self splash out on this one.
Stumbled across the Chris King wheels on eBay and at the same time also spotted the matching headset which started the blue/teal vibe. Later found a Salsa seatclamp on the same colour. Bars are the newish Nitto gravel coupled with a Simworks stem which I got on the forum. White Industries G30 cranks with 38t ring, GRX 812 mech on the rear, have ordered the Garbaruk cage mod so I can run a 50t cassette. Obviously it’s in blue along with their cassette, also in blue… Set of Paul Klampers for brakes as I am a sucker for simplicity and they just look so good. At the moment just running a cheap seatpost and a Brooks C15 I had going spare.
Currently just waiting on the Garbaruk bits to arrive which had a long lead time. Also planning on getting one of these racks which I really like the look of. Seems like it would nicely support a decent sized bar bag which also allowing for some smaller stuff to be attached below.
Plan is to use the bike for some gravel bits here and there as well as some longer bike packing trips next year. My partner has also just put down a deposit on a Faran 2.0 which will turn up next April so might also show the progress of that when it arrives!

Also haven’t posted my newest Landshark on this thread either. Just swapped out the bar and stem for a super clean Nitto and Simworks setup. Really love this bike, so wild

you need one of them Stridsland self extractor caps in teal and a black chainring for perfection :)

Agreed on caps, maybe on chainring, going to hold out and see how it looks with pedals and chain on which might help balance out the silver. Really wanted to get a CK bb in teal to match but luckily for my bank account I couldn’t find one for sale anywhere.
Talking of pedals, I found these and instantly fell in love. They are on there way over from the US.

Did a few long weekends bike packing in the summer which is what prompted the Faran build. Started out using my Brooklyn but quickly realised that rising fixed with a loaded bike was really no fun for me.
Next I started using my Road Shark which worked great, pic below is from the Isle of Wight. Only issue was limited tyre clearance and rack mounts and no granny gear. Was still good fun though

Me neither, seems like they are getting into mtb components. They are releasing a stem soon to I believe
Lovely bikes all the way!
Liking the cdale update. Polished seat post clamp and black chain would add a nice finish (plus saddle angle)
Cheers
