A bike for my Mum

Hi,

I am looking for a bike for my mum. Maybe a single speed, maybe with 3 gears.
Something not too heavy, she has to carry it up about 6 steps to get into the house.
I guess a step-through frame would better, but happy for a standard frame around maybe 48cm-54cm (I don't know how step-through sizing works).
Flat bars would be better, but if drops I can swap them out.

Budget £100-150.

whereabouts are you, I bought a new bike for my mum and have her Giant expression step through available. I've had to remove the Bottom bracket as it was fubar'd and was going to replace it but just haven't had the time, the BB shell threads are all good and have been cleaned, it just needs a 118mm BB. The chain case is also present and the screws/mount come with it.
If you can collect from North Herts - Letchworth Garden city it's yours for £60 as is.
Has gripshift gears 7x3 all working great, wheels are in good order with not much wear to rims, excellent wide commuter tyres with loads of tread left. Ladies specific saddle, good brakes, full length guards. The rings on the c/set are fine/chain not slipping, she could leave it in the middle ring if she liked and still have a decent range though mum (70) could motor a bit so needed the bigger gears.
It's the bike in the pic but minus the rack/bags as I fitted that to her new bike.
Mum is 5ft 1 with a decent inside leg, height range would go to 5ft 6 easily if not a tad more.
I can take another photo when I'm back home tomorrow if it's of interest.
