Someone got a real bargain on that Mercian 953 track bike some idiot had tried to use as a road bike posted earlier. £246!

I almost went for it, he was even willing to ship abroad, but decided that I just couldn't justify it. Anyhow bargain.

The fact that he stretched (cold set?) the rear from 120 tot 130 kind of scared me. Assuming anybody in their right mind would want to use this with 120mm wheels, you would have to bent it back into place...

Up there with my mate that paid £80 for an AGA.

It's steel and the bending would be along the length of the stays so I'd be fine with it.

It's just 5mm per side. Nothing to be scared of
