Locally you have Merit Custom Gear and Detour who both make pretty good looking bags. Asking Merit what a framebag costs (~€200) made me get my mum’s sewing machine from the attic and order some fabrics from ExtremTextil.de . You can definitely do it cheaper (I think I use about €45 of material for a framebag) but after making a couple of bags myself I don’t understand how they are making money at those prices, it takes a lot of time.

The Sail cloth I was supposed to get was totally destroyed. So I’m now looking for ready bags. Not sure If I go restrap. I like the design from kaiventure but buying all the way from the USA? Might more or less copy their design which fits my bar Tape with some X-Pac cloth.
Also im not sure if I still want the Velo Orange frontrack or if I just stick to a bar roll. Thoughts?
Is there a light system which works with permanently installed lights but take a battery? Otherwise I need to see if I can work something out. With a connection port under the saddle or something.
