It's Vanden Plas EFi, the Vitesse wheels are standard.
Yes, the steering wheel would be colour matched to the dash.My Moonraker blue Rover 2300 had a blue leather steering wheel to go with the cobalt blue velvet seats, carpet and plastics. There really was a lot of blue.
Was the wood on the dashboard plastic? The wood on the door panels was a bloody great hunk of veneered plywood, but my car didn't have wood on the dashboard.

I'm not a fan of the aftermarket steering wheel, which belongs on an Austin Healey, not an 80's Rover, nor the BMW headlamps, although they probably work a lot better than the originals. The series 1 clear indicators are OK, but the yellowed huge round repeaters are bloody horrible.
