Can you come and grab it? I just need to rummage around my loft and find the parts but can be ready practically whenever, sooner the better.

Lol! Haven’t told mine!
Now, am really after the box of bits to get it running, as I have the ‘cousin’ of this (as it looks suspiciously like a ‘30’s Claud Butler, which I’ve out for painting.) and am trying to source the parts - https://www.lfgss.com/conversations/353059/#comment15495686Would you be up for boxing up the bits for posting? Would happily pay in real PayPal cash money?
cheers

It is almost certainly a '30s or '40s something British made, I can't remember exactly what but we did work it out, will see if the chap who gave it to me can remember.
I will get the bits out tonight, have certainly got a few bits from your list but its all looking fairly tatty. Will get some pictures taken and over to you ASAP.
Not interested in taking the frame?

Erm, if I could get to you I’d take the lot! Can I see if I can make a plan and come back? Am near Reading so would be quite a drive.
Meantime, yes please to pictures of the bits. And tatty doesn’t worry me :) -

Yep, sounds like a plan. In the meanwhile, if anyone fancies the frame am more than happy for it to go separately from the bits and pieces.

Thanks ever so much :)
Were there also wheels in the box? -

Two sets I believe, one with 3spd SA and the other may have been a block, not really sure...

Sounds fabulous :) much excite to see pictures.
Oh, and I guess ‘dibs’ the components!
Will pm with email for images if that’s easier than posting up here?
cheers
Richard
Was given this along with a couple of boxes of parts containing, apparently, everything needed to get it up and running.
It was unfortunately powder coated but the threads all look fine. May need to have the seat posts reamed out to fit nicely however.
Anyway... collection only from IP23 area along with all the various bits which it came with or I could maybe be convinced to drive it somewhere if it will fit in the car.
