Wouldn’t that be great to see James Rodriguez in the PL, bonus points for joining up with Carlo Ancelotti.

Clear as mud...

James Rodriguez is such an Everton signing. So is Allan from Napoli. Two 29 year olds, who are surplus to requirements at their existing clubs and somehow Everton have been convinced to spend like £50m on them...
-

James will play about 20 games. Everton will finish 9th at best. James will earn a massive amount of money. Everton will continue to be mediocre

He'll have 2 or 3 great games.

what as your avg mph? i did this a few years ago and after an hour of 5-a-side came off to see i had averaged 3mph which essentially meant I had been walking for an hour. I was sad.

let the ball do the work dude

Not even that.
3.9kph (5.1kph moving).
Lost 11-9 too.

As long as they're against Liverpool...

I’m staggered that WHU have let Diangana go, let alone for peanuts.
Think WBA have landed a player with oodles of potential for what is pocket change these days

Didn't think it would happen but delighted. Definitely worth that in these times of nonsense transfer fees...

Stroller.

exactly. I do remember my heart rate going above 180 but that was through tutting and shaking my head at some of the marking

• #153993
i remember being aware of having to be on the move all the time to ramp up the stats. During my Keeper stints I kept running around the area while the ball was at the other end. 3mph!!

not a given yet fella. I think Fulham and Ajax are also interested.

Obviously, when you were moving you were moving very fast. The rest of the time you were occupying space and interpreting it in the style of T.Muller.

Haha yeah I saw that after I’d commented on Everton signing players with no resale value 🤣
Gattuso doesn’t value him and he’s a true mad bastard so I’m cool with it -

Yeah, a Friday night one as well.
Friday night football under floodlights is the dream.
It was a friendly but they had James Peagram at the time, who for some reason never leaves the Essex Senior League despite scoring about a goal per game on average. We only lost 1-0, and it was an own goal (not by me).
An "assured" and "massively improved" defence - but I've still struggled to get a game since 😭.

Our midfield is pretty low on ‘personalities’ for want of a better word so I welcome someone like Allan. Idrissa Gueye papered over a lot of cracks, and Gbambin who replaced him has been so injured he’s barely played.
I’m not fully convinced by Hamez. Clearly a wonderful player but very, very injured of late. Again, our midfield is so lacking for creativity it’s hard to imagine he won’t help in some way.

I rate Gbamin. what a shame he hasn't been able to play much. What's the injury situation at the moment?
Are the Ev actually in for Rodriguez???
or were my pre coffee eyes deceiving me
