Well, I don't think last year was a fluke. Though he might have lost a lot of time if the two stages hadn't been affected by the weather. This year is harder so we'll see.

I don't think so. Radio France / France Televisions have the rights in the country so when you try to access from abroad it's geo-restricted. Same for RTBF in Belgium.

I watch it on Danish TV and read the live updates online in French...
