They call it the ergo one for the flared gravel model.
It is the only model with the flare and dispite ergo in the name, the drops are round as pictured, It is the tops that are flatter on top to give it the ergonomic fit.

is the bend round or anatomic ? your first picture looks round but the reach measurement is the anatomic one
