Anyone else with horseradish? Hot as mustard this year and lovely. Have more to dig up. Keeps for ages. Cleared my head!

We've just been donated some more horseradish by an allotment neighbour. I'm sort of looking forward to making some more sauce but I'm tempted to wear swimming goggles when I'm on the blender this time. Ugh!
