A confusing recent experience with @Biggles567
Item sold not as described (I should have done a better job of checking over at the exchange), when I contacted him to raise this, all was amicable and a refund was offered, which I thought was very decent of him.
However, after the initial suggested date/time didn't work, have been met with radio silence for the past fortnight while trying to arrange to meet, both via DM and text.
Edit: this was all resolved amicably!
