I like Luke Rowe more and more. Totally selfless, but puts it all on the line for the team. As more of a rouleur/barradeur myself, rather than a grimpeur, I can almost relate to that. Big ITT-style effort on the flat, and then the skinny fuckers who've been sucking wheel mug you immediately on the climbs.

It's more of a subjective assessment. Based mostly on Italian Gran Fondos (Fondi?) surrounded by lots of very excited pint-sized Italians. Who climb like angels, and descend like your grandma. Assuming your grandma isn't some ace-descending uber-bike-handler.
