  • Recently I've been struggling to keep my weight in check and the lack of commute caused by lockdown is really not helping. I don't much fancy the gym in the middle of a global pandemic so I'm looking at home workouts.

    What's the deal with the courses like Power 90, I've read some happy testimonials but buying a pack of DVDs feels so 2002.

    Does anyone have any experience with these 30 day workout plans?
    Are there some online streaming equivalents to the dvd ones?
    I've done some googling but are there any good resources on this to make my own workout plans?

    You can get a fantastic home workout with a chinup bar, kettlebell/s.
