Chiming in: Dutch 'radio Tour de France' tune. (All sports program tunes have trumpets in them here)

going forward people will have to clarify whether positive tests are for corona or doping otherwise things could get very confused / slanderous

Every year I forget there are threads for the tour:

is that why lotto soudal were talking about 'non-negative' results

Especially as the reaction to a positive test seems to have fast become denial of the possibility of having the virus. Although Larry Warbasse, Silvan Dillier and Inge Van der Heijden have just proved that can indeed be a thing and the sheer amount of testing going on around the Tour bubble increases the risk of false positives.
ASO's policy is to require any rider or staff member testing positive once to leave the Tour, even if a subsequent test is negative and they have no symptoms. So it's going to be interesting to see what happens if a rider gets a false positive, has to leave the Tour then subsequently tests negative.
Especially if they're wearing yellow!

The current and two former World Champions in the break should be a great finish.

Bling is leaving Sunweb halfway through two year contract prompting the most overwrought press release ever.
-
• #26622
The writing was on the wall when he didn't make the Tour team. Given the course this year you'd think his name would be the first on the list.
I would slag off their Tour team as being the wrong team for the race, but they've had a third and a second place so far so what do I know?

Probably the most aero position at that exact moment ;)

i wonder if it had something to do with Sunweb's approach to classics and sprints.
