So, the 70’ ride would be at an IF of 1.05 and the 135’ would be 0.96

Both very high and certain wouldn’t feel easy.

Basically, 60’ spent at threshold would give you 100 TSS at an IF of 1.0.

I’d suggest your FTP is set quite a lot lower than it really is.
