Not all plastic cheese is created equal but you are right. A slice of cheddar beats shit plastic cheese.

I made some awesome burgers early this summer. Used a plastic cheese simply named "mature slices". They were spot on.

Ketchup, raw onion, gherkin, cheers slice.
