That looks like a Thompson bottom bracket. They had pressed-in cups.

It's definitely not a USA bottom bracket, actually the worst BB standard ever

That's probably ROG, not ROC. It's most probably been produced in former Yugoslavia. I have no idea about the BB standard, though.

Thompson bottom
Think you're right there, finding one of those to fix is going to be a big task

Is it standard BB dimensions just without the threads?

Bottom bracket Axle size is 175mm
The cup is 40mm -

One of these adapter thingys will possibly work in that frame.
Google ”American to euro bb adapter”..Might be easier to get a new frame though..

I love this forum, and this thread is a good example of one of the reasons why.

Never seen one of those before, very handy to know.
I don't think it'll fit unless I drill those 3 rods through the frame inside the BB
but still good to know -

No you can just smash those bearing cups out.. they are just press fit..

So I found a bike frame in good nic, or so I think?
The bike is an old ROC Record from Slovenia.
I'm having trouble sourcing the bottom bracket
There appears to be no threads in the frame - is this a thing? or is there a bottom bracket stuck in the frame making it dead?
Ive uploaded some photos
Any help would be appreciated
