Ha, thanks! I didn't have a blueprint, just read some of the guides on the internet (e.g. that Jamie Oliver one linked in my first post, found some very sturdy timber and screwed it all together. You will see that the one in the Youtube vid is a little neater than mine but they all get the job done. Just needs to be heavy duty timber as a lot of pressure is being exerted.

I'm not local to you, so can't help, but I'd be interested in a blueprint of the rig if you have? We've got apple trees growing on communal land immediately adjacent to us. It'd probably end in tears...
