Front 1-1/8th straight (non-tapered) disc fork, centre-lock rotor, HY/RD/Juintech R1/similar caliper

Hullo all!
Trying to throw a disc brake on my old Ti wife as the forks need replacing anyway. Got a new hydraulic disc commuter (Arkose, obvs) and can definitely see what the fuss is about - so much better in the wet it has completely changed by willingness to cycle in adverse conditions. So I am revamping the front end of my old Airborne Lancer bought off here several years ago. Headtube is non-tapered and will need at least 220mm steerer.

Was looking at either the toseek/hylix/carbonda chinese carbon forks but figured I would see what people had on here first. Have sourced a Mason x Hunt 4 seasons disc wheel so flexible about whether through axle or q/r but ideally 12mm through axle I guess...

Also looking for a rotor and a caliper that is cable actuated.

@Canaidan do you know what AC you need?
I've been looking as I was considering doing to the same to my Audax (I need 380mm AC) but I was also going to add a disc tab to the rear.

There are a few more gravel aimed forks around but the AC is 400mm which is too much for me as I didn't want alter my setup too much.

My current Easton EC70 forks are 365mm ish and traditional / quite tight clearance with 25c (edit - not even sure I can get 25s in there on retrospect) tyres so I guess I would be willing to accept a bit of upwards tilt for a 28c. Not sure if this ends up making the handling more or less twitchy. The current fork rake is 43mm apparently also...it is a little bit of a nightmare once you start trying to take everything into account!

I'm not 100% sure what affect 15mm would have on the HT angle but probably not a lot I imagine but I'm no expert.
Most the forks carbon forks I've seen are 45mm rake.
