@Canaidan do you know what AC you need?
I've been looking as I was considering doing to the same to my Audax (I need 380mm AC) but I was also going to add a disc tab to the rear.
I found the following

There are a few more gravel aimed forks around but the AC is 400mm which is too much for me as I didn't want alter my setup too much.
