Surprised all T6's don't come with those. Pretty sure the rental Transit I used a few years ago had cruise control. Definitely had aircon. VW are usually better than other German cars for giving some items as standard.

Back when I was looking in to converting a T5 in to a camper, the bigger issue seemed to be the lack of sound insulation on the van builds compared to the people carrier and camper builds.

But if at a minimum you're going to change the seats, reupholster the interior, install new sound system, lighting and add a custom fabricated bike mounts, surely it's not much more effort to have sound deadening + insulation done at the same time?
