My understanding is that there are still some sales going through, i know two friends post-lockdown who have managed to buy flats, but i dont know what the actual flat/buildings are like

I've heard form my housing association that they have had 2 flat sales go through in the last month (first since Dec 19) as lenders are beginning to back down on sub 18m buildings. But in both circumstances a body of evidence had to be provided in lieu of the EWS1 form which was time consuming and costly for the HA so they're not keen on setting a precedent.

This isn't being reported in the mainstream media - or at least, I haven't really seen any volume on it. You'd think with this country's obsession with housing it would be fairly big news?
